Poli-Seal Cure Time?

I am sure this has been asked before, but does Poli-Seal require a cure time? I beleive PS contains polymers and carnauba.

 

I am going to top it with OS and was wondering if I can do so immediately with out any bonding, etc. issues. Thank you.
