Further information on TPC:

What is the prep: Spray straight Power Clean onto the tire and keep cleaning until there is NO BROWN left on the tire. This is incredibly important. We recommend the Optimum Air Foamer because it greatly increases dwell time and the effectiveness of Power Clean. We have also found that a stiff bristled brush works better than a soft brush such as the Wheel and Body brush by Optimum. You will then completely dry the tire until there is no moisture left on the surface. We recommend a combination of a towel and blow gun.

How to apply: We have found the best results come from either applying with an HVLP gun (NOT the Optibond tire gun) or applying by hand with a medium pile microfiber towel (around 300 GSM) the tire should have a nice even purple color around the whole tire. A single application will give a satin/matte look. Waiting 30 minutes and applying a second coat will make the tire quite shiny. Optimum only recommends up to 3 coats at this time.

Longevity: 6-12 months

What is the required compressor specification for the Optimum Air Foamer? Optimum site just indicates set pressure between 60-90 PSI.  No indication of required minimum CFM for these pressures.  If the CFM requirements are too high (ie large compressor) then I would rather just stick with IK foamer.  I just haven't tried Power Clean straight in the IK foamer yet.  Highest dilution ratio used so far is 3:1.  Is it critical to use Power Clean straight or would any dilution ratio work until no more brown is seen (just more likely to be single application with undiluted Power Clean)?
