The Beast
Hello, I have a 2010 Acura TL that was repainted about three and half months ago due to a factory paint defect. The paint job looks great, however there are some swirl marks left from the body shops final polish that I would like to remove. Is it to soon to do any type of polishing or paint correction? And if not can you please recommend some solutions/products?
The Beast
The car was baked, and the body shop recommended I wait at least 60 before I put any wax on the car. I am now beyond the 60 days, but I have read that some aftermarket paints dont react very well to a DA. Im not sure if this means aftermarket paint in general dont do well with a DA or once it has cured is it ok to use a DA? In regards to the polish, Im looking to purchase a product('s) that I can use to remove the swirl marks, polish, and protect. If these same products could be used on an OEM paint job to remove swirls as well that would be great!
