What I was curious to know was after applying the product how long until it is safe be exposed to water. So if I am applying it in my garage or a rainy day am I safe to pull it out in the elements right away or should I let it sit overnight? Joel Blake Posted April 15, 2013 Share Posted April 15, 2013 I asked Dr G this exact question regarding rain, but most importantly wiper blades. The answer I got was 15 minutes. That doesn't sound right though and maybe I misunderstood the answer or Dr G misunderstood my question. Other coatings I have used are a couple of hours before wet and 24 hours before wipers.
