Looking for recommendation for MF cloth for first time OC2

I've been trying to do my part to learn as much as possible. From what I've read the "apply then wipe with MF" seems to be the best method for a first time OC user.

 

Since I'm new to detailing, I'm building my detail supplies and still don't know much about MF, especailly to know what type of MF cloth should be used for removing potential OC2 high spots.

 

Is a glass type MF better, more plush, something min the middle?

 

What do people like to use that's less risk of marring yet not overly priced?
