Will it stick to the solid paint or will OC 2.0 stick only on to clearcoat? If it does stick to solid paint is the durability of OC 2.0 reduced as its not being stuck on clearcoat? jonlsl Posted April 26, 2011 Author Share Posted April 26, 2011 Although it was engineered for base-coat/clear-coat application, you can apply it to properly prepped, oxidation-free, single-stage paint also. Its solid white with no clear coat. The beading is good and sheeting water to help dry the car after washing is also good. The streaking was done on purpose to see what I would have to in order to get it to streak. This is my daily driver and my "test" car so I didn't bother about the streak and just left it there as its hard to see it being white. So people can know what the streaking looks like and can work at leveling off the OC 2.0 if they have the problem.
