ken
I’m a first time OC user and wondered if there was a way to tell if I’m applying enough product. It seems to flash as fast as I put it on. I’m applying it on a black car. The area I prepped for testing was the rear of the car. Let me say it looks really shinny but before application the surface looked almost perfect under halogen lights. After application and pulling the car into direct sunlight it definitely accentuates any flaws left behind. I can now see some swirling in the paint that I couldn’t see before. So my next question is when polishing the product off to start from scratch how can I tell if I have it all off?
michakaveli
What is your application method? Applicator.... how many drops on the applicator?
ken
Yes I’m using the supplied applicator. I’m priming the pad with 10 drops in each direction of an X on the pad. Then add 4 to 5 drops as needed.

Perfections Detail
If it's freshly put on, for example less the a week, polish 2 will take it off with several passes, after a month hit it with compound 2 or equivalent.
