umi000
I'll be getting my car from the paint and bodyshop next week, and have been considering my options for caring for the newly repainted panels while the paint is still curing/outgassing. I've read several times (on various detailing forums) that OCW is safe to use on fresh repaints - is this the case?
Perfections Detail
I've only had one customer that I've used it on their newly repainted car with no issues down the road
Bence
Theoretically it is safe as it's water based. OOS however is not safe.
umi000
Thanks everyone for the replies. I guess I'll just play it safe, and follow the painter's recommendation (and stick with a new-paint safe glaze applied weekly in the meantime).
