whiplash willy
I bought the concetrated versions of Optimum Opti-Clean and Power Clean. Is it best to use distilled water to dilute these products with? I just wanted to make sure before mixing them up!
Perfections Detail
You can with the opti clean but I wouldn't on the power clean. Personally I don't with opti clean either and it works just fine, but if you wanted to be super safe I guess it wouldn't hurt
whiplash willy
Why wouldn't you with use distilled with Power Clean? I would imagine the minerals and stuff in my tap water wouldn't be a good thing to mix with anything that is going on my paint.
Perfections Detail
It's not wise to let power clean dry on your paint, you'll want to be sure to rinse it completely off. As long as your not letting it dry you'll never have hard water spots . But I guess if you wanted to be super duper safe I know it wouldn't hurt anything. Mike_T
I found myself that using tap water reduces shelf life of diluted products. Especially ONR in QD strength deteriorates fast. Not only it looses its colour, it even rottens (smells badly) fast. I always use RO or destilled water when diluting products.
