Evo
Is it possible to aplly OC 2.0 with cotton make-up pads ? I prefer to apply coating type products with these, so I wonder is is possible with no issues with OC 2.0 ? I know there is foam pad supplied in the kit, I've also seen tricks with rubber gloves and shop towels , but still I would head towards cotton pads. What are Your experiences ? Perfections Detail
The small cotton balls take forever but do work. The cotton makeup pads work also and speed the process up some. Ultimately I prefer a suede cloth around a foam block.
Evo
Indeed, applying by cotton pads takes a while, but that's not a problem. I forgot about suede cloth ,the one from Car Pro is pretty nice.

sscully
I use a rubber sanding block ( like the Megs ), stuffed into a cut off thumb from a XXL nitrile glove with the "other" company's 20x20 CM suede cloth around it. This stops soaking into the rubber sanding block, and gives a firm base to apply it from. I have the Opti applicator for dad's RV, but have not started that application yet ( defect removal is quite a task ).
