maxepr1@gmail.com
Customer of mine decided to give his dad a detail for his birthday, and this is what we got. 08' GMC 2500HD 389k(that's right) work truck, rode hard and hardly cleaned! He didn't want me to go crazy as it would be dirty within days. So decided on a basic detail and heavy wash on the outside. Tons of tar and some kind of glue(that later I found out was industrial adhesive) everywhere! He asked me to remove the tar from the outside of the doors but dont worry about the wells. With little Tarminator left I knew the only thing that was going to cut this stuff was Power Clean. Worked great, cut it all, even the adhesive that was on the truck since 08! Interior was filthy, an hour of vacing looked better, but needs a shampooing but being that it's work truck we didn't want to go crazy. Spot cleaned the seats with OPC at 20:1 ratio. Door panels OPC at 10:1 and they came out like new. Exterior was washed 3 times with dawn and OPC mix in a foam gun. Spot treated Adhesive and tar with OPC at 2:1 and with soaking and agitation got it all off. Claying got the rest. Enjoy!
