primo spaghetti Posted April 24, 2013 Share Posted April 24, 2013 Ok, so no pics of mine yet, but here is a similar pic, but my lid is red... i think im going to do it, img oing to opticoat it. I think it will keep the painted lid nice and shiney, and help repel the BBQ mess and weatehr staining that always builds up on the stainless surround. what do you think??? polish with some p21 polishing soap soap first? or optimum metal polish? The protection it leaves is quite hard to remove. is that right? what kind of coating does it leave?? akin to an Opti-Seal sort of thing? can IPA solution kill it? thanks in advance, Chris.
