youngfox
Today I detailed a red car. The paint had oxidation. After washig , claying, I decided to take OHC . I found that I had to get over the oxidation first and then take care the swirl marks. I know this is the way to go . My question is should I use another kind of cleaner wax before using OHC or OC. To let OHC or OC doing the right job.
Anthony Orosco
Use the Polish first before the Compound. Most single stage cars I do only need Optimum Polish from the cutting stage to the finishing stage as they should be fairly easy to correct. Then go over that with some PoliSeal and you should be set. What's critical here is your pad choice and what you have to work with, hand, orbital, rotary?
