pwaug
I would recommend only using the long napped side. Fold the towel in half twice and you'll have 4 drying surfaces to use. What about WW MF towels for drying--they ofcourse have no nap??
pwaug
The less you touch or drag stuff across your car, the better. I do a final sheeting rinse that removes about 80% of the water, then blow dry with a leaf blower with a reducer attachment, then mist a MF and the panel with OID as I dry. If I used a WW and no QD, I would spread the towel flat over the surface of the panel and move my hands from the center-outward to let the towel absorb w/o moving the towel back and forth. If you get a large WW it doesn't take too long if you blow dry first. I also follow this procedure when doing a full water wash, but with ONR ofcourse you can't use the leaf blower. With ONR is it best to use a long nap MF as opposed to a WW? Thanks!
pwaug
Do a cd test on each towel you use and you should be fine. Make sure your mitt/sponge is not bringing any more dirt off B4 you dry and you'll be fine with either. Thanks!!
