CHALM
Took a friend's Audi rims and decided to mess around with some metal polish. By hand it was a dream at cutting through the junk that had embedded on/in to the bare aluminum. I then decided to use the metal polish via my PC, but found it didn't finish down as well as I would have liked. So, I broke out the Hyper Polish and the rest is history. They are not 100%, because he was not expecting that. However, he left very happy with the results. Opti Coat was applied too. Oh...the barrels were trashed from an acid he used a while back. Paul S
Were the rims bare aluminum or clear coated ? Whichever it was the 50/50 looks good.
CHALM
Bare. I believe he stripped them of clear. The stripper damaged the barrels.
