theory816
Im not sure what gloss coat chemical makeup is but it says polymer. However, with opticoat pro says that it is a ceramic coating. Now, since its a ceramic, would it be susceptible to micro cracking like how glass would crack if hit hard enough? What does gloss coat harden to become? Is it pure polymer? Will it crack over time? Ron@Optimum
Because they bond with the surface, Opti-Coat Pro and Gloss-Coat will not crack anymore that the automotive clear coat. Gloss-Coat is a hybrid ceramic clear that includes agents to increase the shine & slickness but reduce durability (a little).
