BrentMa
Don't ask me how but somehow water spots were on the front bumper under the headlight. Looks like perhaps there was some water in between the body and headlight that ran down the bumper in about 5 spots. I didn't see them and applied Opti glass coat which is curing nicely. The car looks great except for this 3" x 6" area. My question is how do I fix this? I believe I need to remove the Opti Gloss coat and get down to the water spots and reapply. Does anyone know if there is a easy way to do this?
Ron@Optimum
Water spots must be one of the most frustrating causes of irritation among car enthusiasts. You can polish Gloss-Coat and the water spots off with Hyper Polish, do a simply wipe down after and reapply the Coat.
Ron@Optimum
FYI, Dann Williams is on a mission to identify water spot removers and we should have recommendations at SEMA.
BrentMa
The polish worked like a champ. Very little hand polishing to take out the spots. Reapplied Opti-Gloss coat. looks great
Ron@Optimum
Glad to hear that, as I mentioned I get more water spot questions on coatings than all other problems combined.
