batsai
Quick question- On Monday, I had an alloy wheel repaired (curb rash on the edge). The person did what appears to be a stellar job and I can't even see the damage. The wheel is painted and clearcoated. Quick question.... when is a safe time to wash the wheel and maybe wax it? I usually clean my wheels with Opti-Clean and maybe follow up with some OCW... The guy said two days, but that seems awfully short to me. Any advice? Thank you! Ron@Optimum
we always recommend asking the painter how long before cleaning repaired surfaces, so I would trust him. Modern paints/clear coats cure much more quickly than past products. batsai
batsai
Thank you Ron- I appreciate your advice. I'm giving it a week in any case. It's about all my OCD can stand!
