Lowejackson
I appreciate OC effectively self levels on application but is there any advantage (i.e. gloss) in using a finishing polish on fully cured OC?
builthatch
i can confidently say no. i haven't met a properly, highly-refined paint that didn't look as good as it's going to get once freshly coated/cured.unless the coating has seen environmental effects/etching, then obviously it needs some grade of mild correction, but i've found Poli-Seal to typically handle most of these issues. Lowejackson
Thanks guys. This question was simply hypothetical one. Quick follow up question. If there is no advantage in polishing cured Optocoat would it deteriorate the finish if a finishing polish was used
