M-wash .vs. hyper-seal

In most cases the order of application of Optimum products is pretty clear.  But there are gray areas.....    EX: when the wash product contains its own "coatings".

It seems M-wash, which worked well on my Subie, has a fluoropolymer component that helps repel airborne metal contamination.  Subie had been previously coated with Hyper-seal.  Would the previous hyper-seal (3 months old) cause any bonding issues with M-wash's polymer?
