WISEOLD1
I am new to the forums so please be gentle. I just picked up for my wife a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited (Red Velvet), the Jeep is parked everyday next to a truck yard and is just minutes from a major airport. I try to keep the Jeep clean however every time I clean it I clay right after washing, then dry and the finish is still like sandpaper. I applied opti seal to protect the paint and hopefully repel some of the industrial fallout that sticks to the surface, my question is is there a compatible product that I can use after the wash to form another layer of protection that will work with the opti seal, should i just apply another layer of opti seal, or should I just leave it alone and go away. Thanks in advance
Ron@Optimum
you can try Optimum Spray Wax, but a second layer of Opti-Seal should provide the same protection and greater durability. You may want to consider Opti-Coat Pro or Gloss-Coat for greater durability and protection.
No Soap
If it still feels like sandpaper after claying something is weird!?
A&J
Which clay type product or clay grade do you use?
