Saibot
Is there a safe way to remove swirls on a car with Opicoat Pro Plus? Can it be polished without damaging the coating?
Ron@Optimum
any polish will risk your coating - you can try a light polish by hand, but no guarantees.
No Soap
Just let it be? Do you know how they were introduced and is it over the whole car? How old is the coating?
A&J
you can try and use poli-seal by hand to somewhat remove light swirling
Saibot
Thanks for the tips and advice! The coating was about 6 months old and was improperly washed while getting repaired. To be honest, I'm a little surprised how easy the coating is to scratch. I thought it would protect a little better than it does with all of the talk around hardness of coatings, "9H," etc. Fortunately, my installers are amazing and once again, went way beyond expectations and polished the entire car and reapplied my coating. Moving forward, I want to be able to fix things without bugging them.
