To be fair, I'd have to ask what kind of "dirt" that was, and also point out that even though it said it was 1 ounce of ONR, it looked more like an ONR cap, which is 1/2 oz, which is normally what is used in a gallon of wash mixture, being put into what looked like a 500ml beaker, so about 16 oz, or about 8 times the amount of ONR that would normally be used.
